Shipping Policy

SAYS by Innovora Sciences ensures timely and secure delivery of skincare products across India. All orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, orders are dispatched through reliable courier partners that specialize in safe product handling.


After dispatch, customers will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status. Depending on the destination, deliveries generally take between three to seven working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier efficiency, regional restrictions, or unexpected external factors.


Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above a certain purchase value. Innovora Sciences is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, logistical disruptions, system failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Customers must ensure that delivery information entered during checkout is accurate. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, unreachable contact numbers, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping charges may apply. Prepaid orders that fail due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.


If a product arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, customers must report the issue within forty-eight hours of delivery along with relevant photo or video proof. Our support team will verify the complaint and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement where applicable. All decisions regarding replacement or claim approval will remain at the discretion of Innovora Sciences.
